Lesný beh priateľov Šemše

The Šemša Forest Friends Run is a running event in the village of Šemša in the Košice okolí district, offering three courses of different lengths: 22 km, 11 km, and 5.5 km. The route goes along paved forest roads, trails, field paths, and asphalt, creating a pleasant and diverse running environment. The race is open to all age categories without division into age groups and is organized by the civic association Šemša v pohybe. The start is divided into two waves, with the longer route starting at 10:00 AM and the shorter routes at 11:00 AM. Štart je rozdelený na dve vlny: o 10:00 štartuje 22 km trať, o 11:00 štartujú trate 5,5 km a 11 km. Kategórie sú bez vekových obmedzení, určené pre deti, mužov a ženy. Organizátorom je občianske združenie Šemša v pohybe. Povrch trate je rôznorodý, zahŕňa lesné cesty, poľné cesty a asfalt. Preteky sa konajú na teréne s lesnými cestami, poľnými cestami a asfaltom.
