Wings for Life World APP RUN Bratislava

The Wings for Life World Run Bratislava is a unique event where runners and wheelchair participants start at the same time and race against a virtual Catcher Car that gradually catches up with them. There is no finish line; runners keep going until the car passes them. The course runs through Sad Janka Kráľa, one of the oldest parks in Europe, and combines different settings. The event supports spinal cord injury research, with 100% of registration fees going to this cause. The race starts at exactly 1:00 p.m.

The race is open to runners and wheelchair participants, who take part together. The virtual Catcher Car starts 30 minutes after the race begins at 14 km/h and gradually speeds up until it passes all participants. Participation is only possible through the Wings for Life World Run mobile app. 100% of all registration fees go to spinal cord injury research. Registration is online, the run is supported by the Wings for Life World Run app, and all proceeds go to spinal cord injury research.
