Psotkov memoriál

Psotko's Memorial is a traditional mountain running race in the Tatra Mountains, held in Štrbské Pleso. The race offers two challenging routes - BASIC with a length of 25.3 km and an elevation gain of +1540 m, and EXTREME with a length of 37.9 km and an elevation gain of +2490 m. The routes pass through beautiful mountain scenery, including the surroundings of Kriváň, Jamské Pleso, and Furkotská Valley, and are intended for experienced runners with good fitness. The race is part of the Skyrunner® National Series Slovakia 2026 and is limited to 400 participants.

Registration is limited to 400 participants (200 for BASIC and 200 for EXTREME). Members of the Slovak Mountaineering Association James receive a discount on the entry fee. The EXTREME route is run as a timed race. The time limit for BASIC is 6 hours, for EXTREME 8 hours. The start and finish are in the SNOW cross-country skiing area - Štrba, Štrbské Pleso. Registration is open from June 1 to September 30, 2025; limit of 400 participants; the registration fee includes refreshments, a commemorative badge, and trail security; course parameters and mountain insurance are included.
