Letecká stovka

Letecká stovka is a mountain ultramarathon and long-distance hike covering 106 km with +3,590 m of elevation gain in the Považský Inovec and Strážovské vrchy mountain ranges. The start and finish are in Trenčín. The route runs mostly along marked hiking trails and is ITRA-certified. The event is part of the Slovak Ultratrail League and is also a qualifying race for the 2028 Western States Endurance Run. It is organized by o.z. SLOVAK ULTRA TRAIL, an ITRA member since 2015. The race is open to individuals aged 18 and over, with participation also permitted from age 17 when accompanied by a legal guardian.

Participant check-in takes place on Friday, March 5, from 18:00 to 22:00 and on Saturday, March 6, from 05:00 to 05:40 in the Arena Ostrov building in Trenčín. The time limit to complete the race is 25 hours, with several checkpoints subject to specific time limits. The winners’ announcement and prize-giving will take place at the finish in the Arena Ostrov building, according to the finish times of the first three participants in each category. Both the start and finish are in Trenčín. According to information for the 2027 edition, the main race takes place on March 6–7; the available date information therefore does not match the stated date of March 13.
