Javornícka stovka

Javornícka stovka is a mountain ultramarathon and long-distance hike held in the Javorníky region. Runners cross challenging mountain terrain with several checkpoints and time limits. The event is intended for experienced runners seeking a challenge in beautiful natural surroundings. The start and registration are in Čadca, and the finish is in Lysá pod Makytou. The organizers emphasize safety, mandatory equipment, and medical assistance along the entire route.

Participant registration takes place at the House of Culture in Čadca on Matičné námestie on Friday evening and Saturday morning. The mass start is in Čadca at 07:00. The organizers provide baggage transport and drop bags at checkpoint K4. Medical assistance and safety are provided during the event. Accommodation is available in Čadca; participants can spend the night in the gym of an elementary school, where quiet hours are observed. The course consists of 80% forest roads, 5% asphalt, and 15% meadows. Mandatory equipment includes a headlamp, reflective elements, hydration, and a first-aid kit.
