Bančanská desiatka

Bančanská desiatka is a traditional running race in the Banský district of Vranov nad Topľou, held in front of the Cultural House in Banské. It is a popular sporting event with a long-standing history that attracts a record number of participants each year. The race is known for its difficulty and beautiful uphill course, organized by the Banské Sports Club. In addition to the main race, there are uphill time trials and other accompanying events.

Organizátorom je Športový klub Banské, ktorý má dlhoročnú tradíciu od roku 1985. Podujatie sa koná pravidelne, pričom v roku 2025 sa uskutoční už 30. ročník Bančanskej 10/5. V rámci podujatia sa konajú aj časovky do vrchu JANTEX Banské - Mláčky, ktoré majú samostatnú históriu a kategórie. Pretek zahŕňa 10 km a 5 km štafetu, registrácia online alebo na mieste, bohatý sprievodný program vrátane nafukovacieho hradu a vystúpení.
